Website Policies

1. Your annual agreement is with Nautical Web Design and Nautical Web Design will uphold that agreement until the end of dated agreement. 
2. You may change your website at any time. 
3. We strive to make website changes within 3 business days. (This is not a Guarantee. If you need something changed sooner, just call and we will work hard to meet your needs.)
4. Any renewal fees must be paid within 30 days before the end of your 1 year of service agreement. If the renewal is not paid within 30 days of the end of the service, new agreement must be arranged based on current prices. The reason for this is the day after the end of the agreement, your website will shut down. We don't want your business to have any downtime online. This also insures your current renewal rate.  
5. There is no back room for your website unless your website is using our Content Management System. With this system you can perform your own changes. However because Nautical Web Design believes you should run your business and not spend hours figuring our how to install items on your website. Our most popular program includes unlimited maintenance. 
6. Nautical Web Designs Unlimited Maintenance Program will add any information, pictures etc. at no charge within the limits of your websites software. All this is done at no extra charges above the annual maintenance agreement. 
7. During the first 30 days Nautical Web Design  will take website photos (Design Photos) at no charge. Nautical Web Design will take 30 Product Photos within the first 30 days at no charge. After that if needed ($25 trip charge will apply and $2.00 per photo) 
8. Website Changes can be emailed in text or photo at no charge at any time. 
9. Nautical Web Design prefers that you submit your changes via email whenever possible as this will help make your changes faster and easier. You can even send by fax if you like and it is possible 
10. Nautical Web Design promises to keep your site visible as long as all payments are paid on time and in full. (Hosting & Server issues like, maintenance, power issues or normal break down are possible but not a regularity. “In 2006 we only had a total of 1.5 days of maintenance issues!” We feel we use the best Hosting Company in the business. 
11. If for any reason you choose to terminate your service with Nautical Web Design, then you agree to forfeit your original investment for the current term. 
12. If for any reason Nautical Web Design fails to fulfill the agreement or not meet customer satisfaction, Purchaser agrees to give Nautical Web Design 10 business days to resolve the problem. During that time Nautical Web Design will with all professionalism attempt to solve the problem. Any time lost in agreement of website function ability will be added to original agreement at No Charge. 
13. Your domain name will always belong to your business as long as it is kept paid current. We can redirect it at any time to suit your needs. 
14. Your website will be visible within two weeks. How fast it will be finished will be determined by how soon you provide all information needed to complete your site. (If you control your domain name you must redirect it to our hosting company in order for us to upload you website). 
15. Nautical Web Design's prices may change at any time but not to or during an existing agreement.

17.  If within 30 days you are not happy with your website and we do not meet the guidelines stated above at any time within 30 days, We will give a complete refund. We must receive your dispute in writing and in detail within 30 days of time of purchase. If we have not meet the above claims we will refund you money within 45 days.  Please print this page and keep with your records.
